Donald Sutherland has died. His son announced his death yesterday (20th June 2024). He was eighty-eight and had been unwell for some time.
Donald Sutherland was a hugely prolific and successful actor, who we remember from some fantastic films made during a career that lasted for over sixty years. He starred in literally dozens of films, including M*A*S*H, JFK, Ordinary People and the Hunger Games franchise.
