Daphne du Maurier Exhibition – 13th and 14th May 2023

Daphne du Maurier’s birthday and the beginning of the Fowey Festival of Arts and Literature coincide with an exhibition all about Daphne du Maurier, which takes place in Tywardreath Village Hall on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th May 2023, from 10am until 3pm each day.

For our worldwide readers, let me remind you that Tywardreath is a village just three miles from Fowey in Cornwall and is one of the main settings for her novel The House on the Strand.  In fact, Tywardreath means house on the strand.

The exhibition will bring us information about Daphne du Maurier and her works, and there will be signed copies of her books on display for everyone to see.
