Mini Lending Library in Bodinnick, Cornwall
January 2016: Last year Bodinnick resident, Mary Esdaile, came up with the brilliant idea of opening a mini lending library in the now disused telephone box in Bodinnick, opposite her cottage and The Old Ferry Inn.
The conversion from phone box to library has now been made and Mary has stocked the shelves, ably assisted by her oldest grandson and one or two other helpers. Kits Browning has provided lots of Daphne du Maurier books to help fill the shelves.
