Daphne du Maurier Society of North America – Event reminder
The Daphne du Maurier Society of North America holds its next meeting on Saturday 5th March 2022 from 1pm to 3pm. This time the event is all about My Cousin Rachel.
In this novel, Daphne du Maurier never tells us if Rachel is a good and possible misunderstood woman or just as evil and manipulative as she sometimes seems. The reader, or viewer of one of the film adaptations, has to make up their own mind and can often feel as if they are being swayed between the two possible realities.
From the University of West Georgia, Professor Margaret Mitchell will be travelling to Dallas to discuss My Cousin Rachel in what is sure to be a lively meeting.
On this occasion, a guest may accompany you to the meeting, which is an in-person and a Zoom event.
